All schools approved by the Council for the Registration of Schools Teaching Dyslexic Pupils (CReSTeD) are visited regularly to ensure they continue to meet the criteria set by CReSTeD. Appleford has been approved under category 'SP' as a specialist dyslexic school offering a detailed structured curriculum which is taught within small groups of 7-12 pupils.
