We are looking to recruit a positive, enthusiastic and caring person to assist in the provision of pastoral care in our girls’ boarding house. The role requires a committed team player who will work alongside other members of staff.

The effective supervision and safety of students is of paramount importance.

The ideal applicant must have experience of managing young students in a residential environment. Flexibility to respond to the unexpected, a sense of humour and enthusiasm are important, as is the ability to command respect from staff and students. Good organisational skills and a genuine interest in the welfare of young people are essential.

The Houseparent will be provided with accommodation which would also be suitable for a family. Pets welcome.
