English Heritage – Stonehenge

Appleford boarders rose from their beds at 6am to take part in an aerial photograph of Stonehenge on Saturday 14 October, arranged by English Heritage.

After the 500 local people present had formed into a ‘100’ shape, their photograph was  taken by a drone overhead. The pupils were then entertained by Morris dancers and then hot drinks and a snack in the visitor centre.
